“Do you know that person?” Shirakawa Natsu covered her fingers with her body and pointed to the stylish blonde woman on the table next to her.

She came in after the two of them, and after sitting down at the table, she kept staring in their direction.

Shirakawa Natsu confirmed repeatedly that she had never seen her before; clearly, her target was Jingu Nao.

“Huh?” Jingu Nao was still babbling on and on when she heard this and looked in the direction Shirakawa Natsu was pointing.

Upon seeing the blonde woman, the excitement on her face vanished instantly, and she lowered her head to eat.

The blonde woman, seeing that she had been spotted, did not flinch. She picked up her plate, stood up, and strode aggressively toward them.

With a clang, the blonde woman placed her plate next to Shirakawa Natsu. She looked down at Jingu Nao, who was eating with her head down, and said, “What a coincidence, Jingu.”

Jingu Nao lifted her head from her rice bowl, gave her a pitiful look, her face full of fear, like a bullied puppy: “Y-yes.”

The blonde woman snorted and turned to look at Shirakawa Natsu: “Is this your new target? He’s quite handsome.”

“No,” Jingu Nao hurriedly said, “Xia came to school today, and the homeroom teacher asked me to show him around the school.”

The blonde woman waved her hand to interrupt her, her face full of disdain: “It’s bound to happen sooner or later anyway. As long as he looks decent enough, you won’t let him go, will you?”

“Miss, I don’t like hearing you say that,” Shirakawa Natsumi pouted.

After a few words of conversation, he had already guessed the general outline of the whole thing; this kind of thing was all too common in novels and movies.

It’s nothing more than this blonde girl’s boyfriend falling for Jingu Nao, pursuing her only to be rejected, and then badmouthing her behind her back.

With her enthusiastic personality, a 90/100 appearance, and a love for wearing black stockings, it’s hard for any guy to resist her.

“Isn’t that right, Nao Jingu?” The blonde woman didn’t answer Shirakawa Natsu, but stared straight at Nao Jingu.

Jingu Nao opened her mouth, as if she wanted to say something, but couldn’t bring herself to say it.

“There’s definitely something going on.” Shirakawa Natsu shook her head. These young men and women’s love stories are really easy to guess. “Nao, just say what you want to say. It’s not good for either of you to keep it a secret.”

Encouraged by him, Jingu Nao took a deep breath and shouted at the blonde woman, “I clearly waited until you broke up before pursuing you. You weren’t even dating then, so why do you always tease me whenever we meet!”

“?” Shirakawa Natsu stood there for two seconds, picking at his ear with his finger. It seemed that the script was not quite what he had imagined.

The blonde woman laughed in anger, veins bulging on her forehead. She pointed at Jingu Nao and yelled, “We’ve only broken up temporarily!”

“What the heck is this temporary breakup?” Shirakawa Natsu was stunned.

“Shut up!” the blonde woman yelled at him. “What do you know!”

“You should ask that guy about that,” Shirakawa Natsu said, ignoring the furious blonde, and turned to Jingu Nao, asking, “Are you dating that guy right now?”

“We only dated for a month before breaking up.” Nao Jingu shook her head, feeling wronged.

“Then go find that boy.” Shirakawa Natsumi shrugged at the blonde woman.

“No, he’s not clean anymore.” The blonde woman shook her head fiercely. “Besides, he’s in the hospital right now.”

“We’re just having a platonic relationship,” Jingu Nao quickly added.

“Are you implying I’m promiscuous?!” the blonde woman began to argue from another angle.

“Yeah, he said you two slept together after dating for only a month,” Jingu Nao added.

Shirakawa Natsu rubbed the bridge of his nose. Is this how women argue in real life? There are too many things to complain about, and he didn’t know where to begin.

Seeing the blonde woman become enraged and pick up the plate to smash it in Jingu Nao’s face.

Shirakawa Natsu quickly stood up, pulled the two apart, and dragged Jingu Nao outside.

“What the hell is this?” Shirakawa Natsu dragged her outside the cafeteria, still able to hear the blonde woman’s angry shouts behind them. The rapid run made him feel breathless, and he leaned against the wall to catch his breath, asking, “What’s going on between you and that blonde boyfriend?”

“He’s such a gentle boy, I just fell for him.” Jingu Nao closed her eyes and recalled, “Although we only dated for a month, I made sure to nurture the relationship.”

“Isn’t that someone else’s boyfriend?” Shirakawa Natsu asked with a strange expression.

“But they’ve already broken up~” Jingu Nao pouted. “And tell me, how can I not fall in love with someone else?”

“Then what’s the matter with being in the hospital?” Shirakawa Natsu asked curiously.

“After the breakup, he accidentally fell from the second floor.” Jingu Nao shrugged. “But there’s a lawn down there, so he can just stay home for two months.”

“What bad luck.” Shirakawa Natsumi shook her head. “Let’s go, we have class this afternoon.”

“Okay~” Jingu Nao jumped ahead and led the way again.

Shirakawa Natsumi originally thought that things would become very awkward after the unexpected incident, but it turned out that she had overthought it.

Jingu Nao was still able to smack her lips excitedly and keep smacking them.

Fortunately, her voice was clear and pleasant to listen to, and I could also find out which professor’s wife was the prettiest.

Which young female teacher doesn’t have a boyfriend, allowing him to collect more potential partners on the “yellow-haired” app?

As the two passed the basketball court, they heard a series of noises coming from there from a distance.

Some girls held bottled water and towels, their eyes shining as they watched the boys running on the field, their jerseys soaked with sweat that dripped down their skin, making the girls’ eyes sparkle.

The boy dribbled the basketball with one hand, easily bypassing several opponents who were blocking his way, then jumped and shot in one smooth motion.

The basketball landed precisely in the hoop, eliciting screams from the surrounding crowd.

“Isn’t he handsome?” Jingu Nao leaned closer and said with a smile, “His name is Uesugi Shikato. He’s the most popular guy in our class. I heard that he was a key player on the school basketball team in high school and even won the national championship.”

“He’s definitely a winner in life.” Shirakawa Natsu nodded. His experience was the complete opposite of his. Besides girls, there were also quite a few boys surrounding him. He was indeed very popular.

He glanced at Jingu Nao again. They say that one’s appearance reflects one’s heart, and she clearly has the face of a quiet and beautiful girl.

Her personality is indeed lively and energetic, which is completely different from her appearance. It’s like the soul of an energetic girl is operating the body of a quiet girl, which is quite interesting.

The courses at the University of Tokyo are relatively relaxed, and the classrooms have circular tiered seating, but only half of them are occupied.

There are circles even in universities. I saw Shiro Uesugi at noon, and he was surrounded by a lot of people.

Jingu Nao sat with Shirakawa Natsu in the middle of the front row, with no one around. It seems that Jingu Nao is not very popular in class.

After finishing a class, Shirakawa Natsu suddenly noticed that the classroom was getting more and more crowded, and many students were even standing in the aisle because there wasn’t enough room for them.

“As expected of Tokyo University, the academic atmosphere is so strong.” Shirakawa Natsu remarked, just as a familiar figure appeared at the classroom door.

Kimura Momo held the lecture notes in her hand, her long white hair tied in a ponytail, adding a touch of the unique competence of a teacher.

She teaches classical literature, and she herself seems to have stepped out of the beautiful literary chapters into reality.

From the moment she stepped onto the podium, all eyes that were originally on Uesugi Shikato turned to Kimura Momo.

Shirakawa Natsu was very wary of him, and naturally wouldn’t be infatuated like those students, but she had to admit that his lessons were easy to understand, and his every move exuded an otherworldly charm. Even without attending classes, just looking at him wouldn’t bore her.

“Tch.” Shirakawa Natsu snorted coldly. What a terrifying man.

After the class ended, Kimura Momo didn’t leave immediately. She walked up to Shirakawa Natsu and smiled, “Since becoming neighbors with Mr. Natsu, we haven’t had a chance to get together. Today we have some time, and I know a good yakitori restaurant.”

Shirakawa Natsu narrowed her eyes slightly. Did he intend to get me drunk and then do something indecent to me?

Before he could speak, Jingu Nao next to him had her eyes light up, clenched her fists, and made a strange sound: “Can I go? It’s been so long since I’ve had yakitori~ Tender meat, with dipping sauce, sizzle sizzle~.”

“Okay.” Shirakawa Natsuya laughed. Kimura Momo was his mentor, and he couldn’t hide forever. Meeting him in public would allow him to see what Kimura really wanted to do. He was definitely not influenced by Jingu Nao.

“Yay~” Jingu Nao seemed about to jump up from her seat, chattering, “Yamato, yamato~”

“See you tonight, Mr. Xia.” Kimura Momo gave him a slight bow and turned to leave.

After he left, Shirakawa Natsu was surrounded by other students who asked him about his relationship with Ms. Zaono, but he brushed them off.

For the next class, only half of the students remained in the classroom. Shirakawa Natsu called Miyuki and asked her to come along.

With her around, there’s no fear of Kimura Momo trying to force herself on us.

After finishing the remaining class, Jingu Nao was already sharing her experience of eating yakitori, from how to eat it with lanterns to what dipping sauce to which barbecue chefs were good, and finally she talked about three ways to eat roast duck in Yan country.

Shirakawa Natsu discovered that this chatterbox wasn’t just talking nonsense; he spoke with great eloquence and his way of eating was also very authentic. She asked in surprise, “You have to go to the local area to know these things, right? Have you been to so many places?”

Jingu Nao paused for a moment, then stuck out her tongue: “Yeah, I’ve been to a lot of good places. Natsu, do you want to know? Where should I start? Hmm, let’s start with French fries.”

Shirakawa Natsu didn’t know what the connection was between French fries and yakitori, but at that moment, the professor on the podium finished his lesson and packed up his teaching materials to leave.

Shirakawa Natsu quickly waved her hand: “We’ll talk about it another time. get out of class is over, let’s go.”

“Oh, get out of class is over already.” Jingu Nao laughed. “I really do get along with Natsu.”

Shirakawa Natsu was speechless. It was this talkative girl who did all the talking the whole time; she could probably talk for an hour even if you leashed a dog on a leash.

“Could you wait a moment?” A cheerful male voice came from behind the two of them. It was Uesugi Shikato, who looked at them with a smile.
